Job summary

Only World Group in Malaysia is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations across retail, food & beverage, and guest services at our outlets. You will lead a diverse team, maintain high service standards, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in business/hospitality, 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor in business, retail, hospitality.
• 2–3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in attractions, retail, F&B, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet including retail, F&B, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and manage staff across departments; develop schedules.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Plan promotions and coordinate with marketing.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet.
• Report to upper management on performance and challenges.
• Manage budget and monitor revenue and expenses.
