Job summary

Intriq Journey in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to back our sales team with administrative and operational tasks. You will help prepare travel proposals, finalize itineraries, and keep CRM records up to date.

The role requires good English and Chinese communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office. This on-site position offers RM2,600–RM3,000 monthly, negotiable.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Support Coordinator or similar role in sales administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing travel proposals and final itineraries for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and update customer information as needed.
• Provide concierge services such as restaurant reservations.
• Data entry of travel services into travel software.
