Job summary

Webuy Travel Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic travel sales consultant in Kuala Lumpur to promote customized solutions for individuals and corporate clients. You will design tailored itineraries, present compelling options, and close sales while ensuring excellent service.

You will build ongoing relationships with clients, attend travel fairs, and stay updated on trends. The role requires strong English and Mandarin, a proactive attitude, and flexibility for weekend work and shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior travel or sales experience is advantageous.
• Sales/customer service or cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong sales skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation abilities are required.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and results-focused mind-set needed.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends; comfortable with shifts.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Recommend travel packages tailored to client preferences.
• Provide detailed itineraries and information for clients.
• Handle sales, payments, pre-departure briefings, and some admin tasks.
• Follow up on feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend travel fairs, expos, and promotional events.
• Stay up to date with travel trends and destinations knowledge.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
