Job summary

Trip.com Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking Customer Advisors to support travellers with hotel and flight bookings and travel queries. You’ll act as the voice of Trip.com, applying empathy and problem-solving to help customers trust us with their trips.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Malay (verbal and written).
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Positive, proactive, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email.
• Communicate professionally with empathy and patience.
• Meet individual KPIs and support team goals.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with team and leaders to resolve travel questions end-to-end.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
