Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist (Import / Export) with 3-5 years of Global Trade Operations experience to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance. The role requires deep knowledge of INCOTERMS, HTS classifications, and strong proficiency in SAP and Oracle GTM ERP, to manage documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams across borders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, or supply chain management.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in global trade operations.
Experience with import/export documentation and restricted party screening.
Proficiency in SAP and Oracle GTM ERP systems.
Knowledge of INCOTERMS and HS classification procedures.

Responsibilities

Review and release transactions and holds in trade systems.
Perform restricted party screening and audit trails.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations for import/export.
Prepare and submit customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates).
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve clearance issues.
Suggest process improvements to reduce turnaround time.
