Job summary

Litrocom Global Trading SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Operations Executive to manage end-to-end international shipment execution and trade documentation.

The role supports India operations and Labuan entities, coordinating with buyers, suppliers, shipping lines, banks and internal teams. The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field and at least three years of hands-on export/import experience, with strong English communication and document-control

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics/supply chain or related field.
• Hands-on export/import experience (3+ years) in international trade.
• Good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW).
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders and banks.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual shipping, delivery and documentary requirements before shipment execution.
• Coordinate export and import shipments from handover to final delivery.
• Prepare and review trade documents (invoices, packing lists, origin certs).
• Review LC terms and related documents when applicable.
• Maintain shipment trackers and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with overseas buyers, suppliers and internal teams.
