Job summary

DHL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Telesales Executive to drive revenue by targeting new and existing clients. You will balance upsell/cross-sell tactics with proactive service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline required.
3–4 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
Experience in a Contact Centre (Outbound) environment.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Provide support to the team to achieve predetermined revenue targets by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient contact to customers.
Manage revenue and shipment growth through upselling and cross-selling tactics to exceed targets.
Develop personal sales plans to grow business with new clients and expand wallet share within existing accounts.
Convert prospects into active customers by combining sales skills with DHL products and services knowledge.
