Job summary

Volga Partners is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Talent Sourcer who thrives on finding exceptional candidates across global markets. The role emphasizes sourcing-driven work, building pipelines, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

You will research new markets, conduct interviews, and assess talent for both technical and non-technical roles while collaborating with recruiters to meet hiring needs, across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Global Talent Sourcing across North America, Europe, Asia, and other markets.
• Conduct virtual screening interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Prepare candidate packages with screening summaries, strengths, and risks; coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and adjust sourcing strategies based on market conditions.
