Job summary

Sunrate is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across key markets. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, portals and referrals, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and help with offers and onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management, with a focus on shared services and sales-related hires. English fluency is essential; multilin g capability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related discipline.
• At least two years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for shared services functions.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requirement understanding to pre-onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and agencies.
• Screen candidates to assess experience, motivation and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
• Support salary alignment, offers and negotiation.
• Build talent pipelines for sales and shared services roles.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS and track progress.
