Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a proactive talent sourcing specialist to develop pipelines across engineering, operations, sales, and strategy for the Philippines and Malaysia region.

You will lead proactive sourcing, build talent maps and pools, advise stakeholders, and collaborate with regional recruiters to align hiring priorities with business goals while maintaining high data integrity in the ATS/CRM. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing.
• Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make decisions.
• Ability to build talent maps, pools, pipelines and talent market reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake calls, screening/assessing, interviewing, preparing and extending offers, including compensation negotiation and debriefs.
• Identify and source candidates for SEA and Oversees markets.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services or GCC teams to support global recruiting needs.
• Provide value-add sourcing advice to stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS/CRM and ensure accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with regional sourcing teams and share best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks in sourcing and recruitment processes and drive improvements.
