Job summary

PRISM+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Malaysia and subsidiaries.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage offers in compliance with local regulations.

Collaborating with the Singapore-based Talent Acquisition team, you will drive employer branding and process improvements to attract top talent for a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Malaysia and subsidiaries, from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, roles and timelines.
• Source candidates via portals, social platforms, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare offers in line with policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate with Singapore Talent Acquisition to align processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.
