Job summary

ECO Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, professional and management roles. You will collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring strategies, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other channels, and guide screening, interviews and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian recruitment practices and employment legislation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, professional and management-level positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Department Heads and hiring managers on manpower planning, hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, networking, headhunting and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments and shortlisting, and provide hiring recommendations to management.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, candidate databases, hiring reports and recruitment metrics to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external talent partners.
• Lead internship, campus recruitment, career fair and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Support employer branding activities, including recruitment campaigns, social media and HR engagement initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
