Job summary

ECO Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment for executive and management roles in Malaysia. You will partner with Department Heads on manpower planning and recruitment strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

Responsibilities include sourcing through LinkedIn, JobStreet and other channels, screening candidates, interviewing, and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian recruitment practices and employment legislation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, professional and management-level positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Department Heads and hiring managers on manpower planning, hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, networking, headhunting and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments and shortlisting, and provide hiring recommendations to management.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, candidate databases, hiring reports and recruitment metrics to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external talent partners.
• Lead internship, campus recruitment, career fair and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Support employer branding activities, including recruitment campaigns, social media and HR engagement initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
