Job summary

Flight Centre is seeking a Systems Support Specialist for the M&E division. You will be the go‑to expert across Qondor, Cvent, EventsAir and related platforms, ensuring smooth operation, access control, and reporting.

You’ll partner with multiple teams to drive improvements and automation while delivering excellent user support. This role requires at least 3 years in a systems support environment, strong technical fluency, and effective communication across locations, with occasional after-hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a systems support or technical support environment.
• Knowledge of Cvent, EventsAir, or Qondor is advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude and systems fluency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of M&E business systems, including access, availability and support.
• Configure and maintain system settings, permissions, templates and workflows across platforms.
• Conduct quarterly access audits to ensure compliant permissions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ETS teams for technical support.
• Serve as SME for platforms like Qondor, Cvent, EventsAir, and related reporting tools.
• Support system projects from requirements through implementation and optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems, Salesforce, and other tech teams for integrations and enhancements.
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for internal and external users.
• Manage escalations with third-party suppliers to resolution.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and user guidance; maintain SOPs and guides.
• Generate reports on usage, compliance, trends, and adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
