Job summary

MayAir Group in Malaysia is seeking a Business Relations Assistant to support sales operations, material planning and inventory control. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and China counterparts to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

You will determine material requirements from orders, raise purchase requisitions, monitor inventory levels and help maintain smooth supply for production. The role offers cross-functional exposure and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or higher.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process sales orders for accurate fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
• Determine material requirements from orders and raise purchase requisitions.
• Monitor material availability to support production needs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels using forecasts and lead times.
• Resolve inventory issues and adjust schedules to prevent delays.
• Support departmental goals and perform duties as assigned.
