Job summary

MayAir Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Relations Assistant to support sales operations, material planning and inventory management.

You will work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and China teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include handling sales orders, coordinating with multiple departments, determining material requirements, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification and above.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Determine material requirements based on sales orders and production plans, and raise purchase requisitions accordingly.
• Monitor material availability and ensure a consistent and adequate supply of materials to support production requirements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring sales forecasts, demand fluctuations, supplier capabilities, and material lead times.
• Monitor and resolve inventory issues, schedule changes, order adjustments, cancellations, and potential delivery delays.
• Support the achievement of departmental and organisational goals and perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
