Job summary

Perodua Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Planning Assistant to plan weekly order requirements and monitor production activities at the warehouse, ensuring timely delivery through recovery planning.

You will update and maintain accurate daily production reports, monitor stock levels, and prepare all delivery-related documentation and records to support logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Diploma in Operation Management/Statistics/Management Technology/Logistics required.
Knowledge of inventory control, production planning and production processes essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

Plan weekly order requirements and monitor production activities at warehouse, including recovery planning to ensure timely delivery.
Update and maintain accurate daily production reports in a timely manner.
Monitor and control inventory level to meet daily delivery needs.
Manage and prepare all delivery-related documentation and records.
Compile and maintain daily stock reports.
Manage returnable racking, ensuring it is well maintained and serviced according to schedule.
