Job summary

Lark is ByteDance's enterprise AI workspace designed to unify teams, processes, and data. Based in Malaysia, this role drives go-to-market strategies across international markets, shaping demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, and value-based engagements to accelerate customer adoption and business growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel as needed, and apply AI capabilities to real-world customer challenges, contributing to a fast-paced, global sales motion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of solution engineering, consulting, or solution architecture experience in a SaaS organization.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration, workflow automation, or integration platforms (e.g., building demos, configuring integrations, or automating workflows).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese; customer-facing role.
• Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs), including responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Hands-on experience using AI products and applying them to solve real business or workflow problems.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly evolving product, organization, and market.
• Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours across the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals involving multiple C-level stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery and qualification to understand customers’ objectives, pain points, and success criteria.
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and PoCs, including hands-on responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure the proposed solution meets objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer Success to accelerate customer acquisition and support transformation goals.
• Work with Product teams to share market insights and influence the product roadmap.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
