R Systems is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production AI solutions on an AWS-native platform in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and intelligent document processing with robust MLOps capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, own technical architecture, and ensure governance and security across AI pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Formación

• Strong Python and machine-learning experience.
• Hands-on AWS AI/ML development and deployment.
• Experience operationalising custom ML models end to end.
• Strong Terraform, Docker and CI/CD capabilities.
• Experience owning technical architecture and mentoring engineers.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
