Responsibilities

• Drive customer success outcomes: product adoption, satisfaction, and account health.
• Manage onboarding, training, support and retention for client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve the customer lifecycle process.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with the sales team.
• Provide feedback to product/business on roadmap inputs.
• Manage customer success platforms to high standards.
