Job summary

Intuitive Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to join the start-up team onsite in George Town. You will co-lead cross-functional initiatives focused on MSRB governance, site activations and decommissions, and project assurance across the portfolio.

You will coordinate with Regulatory, Master Scheduling, Engineering and Operations during quarterly planning cycles, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation for complex site projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project schedules and documentation.
• Technical background in manufacturing or engineering support.
• Regulatory awareness for medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project management of manufacturing site activations and decommissions.
• Facilitate strategy discussions to align on action plans for site activations/decommissions.
• Support alignment between regulatory, master scheduling, engineering and operations in SIOP cycles.
• Maintain portfolio network plans and reflect interproject dependencies.
• Lead or participate in after-action reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Provide project assurance to identify risks and drive mitigation.
• Contribute to MSRB process improvements and tooling enhancements.
