Job summary

Talent Recruit is recruiting for a high-visibility site leadership role in Malaysia with the South Pacific project focus. You will be the GM/MD's primary on-site representative, directing daily operations, coordinating with local contractors, and safeguarding project progress.

You will connect China/Singapore leadership with local authorities and communities, ensuring smooth execution and compliance on a long-term overseas site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of project operations or site coordination experience.
• Experience in natural resources, mining, or overseas projects preferred.
• Willing to be based long-term at a project site in the South Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, logistics, and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local workforce to drive execution.
• Enforce safety policies and report progress to the GM/MD.
• Serve as bridge between government bodies, communities, and site contractors.
