Job summary

Agmo Strata Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Deployment Coordinator to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for JMBs and MCs adopting the Agmo Strata SaaS services — from initial site setup through go-live. You will ensure governance, data centralization, and SMA 757 alignment throughout the rollout.

You will collaborate with property managers, coordinate data migration with the technical team, and lead training sessions while tracking timelines and delivering smooth deployments

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Property Management, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client onboarding, implementation, or customer success (proptech/SaaS experience a plus).
• Familiarity with the strata management industry (SMA 757) is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for community engagement.
• Willing to travel occasionally for on-site coordination; own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage onboarding schedules for new JMB/MC sites joining the Central Property Data Hub.
• Liaise directly with property managers and JMB/MC committee members to gather site information and requirements.
• Coordinate data migration and system setup together with the technical team.
• Conduct and support training and orientation sessions for property managers and JMB/MC administrators.
• Track deployment status and timelines across multiple sites, flagging and resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and site documentation.
• Ensure onboarding processes align with Act 757 governance and data centralization standards.
• Relay stakeholder feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to improve the onboarding experience.
• Travel occasionally to client sites within Klang Valley (and beyond) to support on-site coordination.

As Deployment Coordinator, you'll own the end-to-end onboarding journey for JMBs and MCs adopting the Agmo Strata SaaS services — from initial site setup through to a successful, well-governed go-live. You'll be the connective tissue between our technical team and the property managers and committee members on the ground, making sure every rollout is smooth, on schedule, and compliant with SMA 757 governance standards.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Property Management, IT, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client onboarding, implementation, or customer success (proptech/SaaS experience a plus)
• Familiarity with the strata management industry (JMB/MC operations, SMA 757) is an advantage, but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for community engagement
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and equally comfortable working with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Willing to travel occasionally for on-site coordination; own transport preferred
