Job summary

Glory Global Solutions (M) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Service Commercial Executive to drive timely maintenance contract renewals and oversee general service operations, including quotations, work orders and purchase orders.

You will engage with customers to resolve inquiries, manage service schedules, monitor KPIs, and contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining up-to-date records in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in a service environment.
• Experience using ERP software (JDE, Oracle, SAP).
• Experience in a fast-paced service operations environment.
• NPS (Net Promoter Score) process experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance contract renewal in a timely manner with price negotiation.
• Prepare quotes and follow up for contract signatures.
• Handle customer enquiries and manage service schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and RMAs; manage work orders.
• Update system records and track service KPI; participate in process improvements.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
