Job summary

Mettler Toledo in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented shared services professional to support service contracts, orders, and invoicing in SAP CRM. You will manage billing plans, confirm orders and contracts, and promptly address customer inquiries from a global audience.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in a shared services environment, a degree in business or related fields, and fluent English. Cross-cultural collaboration and process improvement mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a global shared services environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process service contracts, orders, and invoicing timely via SAP CRM.
• Manage billing plans and ensure invoices and proforma invoices are closed on time.
• Investigate and resolve order or data discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and provide clear communication.
• Provide order and contract confirmations to customers.
• Follow team leader directions and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Meet KPIs and support cost reduction and process improvements.
