Job summary

Dell Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Senior Advisor, Human Rights & Grievance Mechanism Specialist to lead strategic initiatives within the Social and Environmental Responsibility team, ensuring compliance across global manufacturing and supply chain.

You will design and implement worker grievance mechanisms, assess UNGPs and OECD due diligence standards, and drive remediation and supplier engagement to strengthen worker voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for the Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Team to ensure human rights due diligence and worker grievance programs across global operations.
• Design, implement and maintain robust worker and stakeholder grievance mechanisms and assess their effectiveness against UNGPs criteria.
• Drive supplier engagement and remediation, and support investigations of human rights and labor rights allegations with root-cause analyses.
