Job summary

RBC Investor Services Malaysia is seeking an Administrator, Securities Lending to support 10 countries across multiple time zones in a 24/7 operating model. You will settle Securities Lending trades across 31 markets and support the UK region with a 3:00pm–12:00am shift.

Key tasks include capturing lending transactions, liaising with borrowers, managing risk, and ensuring SLA compliance while driving process improvements and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Relevant tertiary education qualification.
• Efficient in time management.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process securities lending transactions from multiple channels.
• Engage in securities lending operations across markets to maintain performance.
• Serve as a primary contact for borrowers, communicating professionally.
• Adhere to risk factors and mitigate unsettled trades.
• Ensure trades are updated per SLA and maintain accuracy.
• Validate processes with high competency and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of market practices across markets.
• Support identification of technology and process improvements.
