Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the regional sales team in daily operations and customer service. The role includes handling RFQs, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking shipments.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with strong organization, good English communication, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided, and the position offers exposure to international customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; strong organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer enquiries and RFQs.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
• Process customer purchase orders and prepare order acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmations, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order progress and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders and sales transactions.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and track delivery status.
• Respond to routine customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain and update customer, supplier, quotation and order records.
