Job summary

Synbone in Malaysia seeks a proactive customer services professional to handle inquiries and orders, coordinating with sales and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment. You will manage ERP records, support quotes, and maintain quality service across regions, including Asia and beyond.

The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus flexibility to work outside normal hours to service customers in different time zones. Experience with ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with knowledge of production planning.
• Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
• Familiarity with shipping processes is a plus.
• Fluent business English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Experience with coordinating between sales and production teams; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner in the ERP system.
• Maintain customer records meticulously in the ERP system (Business Central).
• Identify customer needs and develop value propositions to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Communicate shipping updates, tracking information, and delivery status to customers; apply incoterms as needed.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as quotes and order confirmations.
• Adhere to 5S principles, health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Be flexible to work outside normal business hours to accommodate customers across time zones.
