Job summary

CG FinTech is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Executive to support our global sales organization for an exciting new project. You will ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and collaborate across functions to drive efficiency and growth.

You will work closely with the Global CEO, Sales Directors, regional teams, and internal support functions to improve operational efficiency and contribute to business growth. Strong organizational skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales support, or a relevant administrative/coordination role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the global sales team, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and activities.
• Identify gaps and risks in sales processes and propose practical improvements.
• Support CRM optimization, system enhancements, and workflow automation.
• Assist the CEO with annual and quarterly sales budgets, forecasts, and planning materials.
• Track budget utilization and forecast resource requirements for senior management.
• Develop and implement sales-related SOPs and workflows in collaboration with the CEO.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding arrangements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for management.
• Review sales performance with the CEO and provide insights and recommendations.
• Arrange meetings among the CEO, Sales Directors, and regional teams; prepare agendas and action items.
• Prepare monthly commission reports and payout summaries; liaise with Finance and HR to ensure timely payments.
