Hytech, a leading global advisory firm, seeks an Operations Assistant Manager to drive efficiency and scalability within its operational teams. You will lead a professional group, balance day‑to‑day management with long‑term process optimization, and collaborate with sales, risk, technology, and client success to support fintech and financial services clients.

Competenze

Minimum 10 years of operations experience with at least 5 years in management.
Strong fintech/brokerage background preferred and experience with international teams.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
Proven leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Oversee daily team operations, assign work, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.
Coordinate across departments and with third-party vendors to resolve issues.
Facilitate communication between front‑end sales and back‑end support to optimize workflows.
