Job summary

CG FinTech is seeking an Operations Executive with brokerage/online trading exposure to support payment channels and day-to-day operations. The role collaborates with Risk, Finance, Sales, Product, Compliance and Technology, plus external merchants and institutional partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will monitor order flows, manage settlements, assist with onboarding of merchants and institutional clients, prepare operational reports, and help resolve unusual activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for transaction and order data analysis.
• Experience in brokerage/online trading operations or fintech is preferred.
• Ability to generate and present operational reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of payment channels including CNY/INR and digital asset settlements.
• Monitor order allocation and execution performance and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance and Sales on freezes and investigations.
• Assist with investigation and documentation of operational cases.
• Support onboarding of merchants and institutional/B2B clients, including API integration and UAT.
• Prepare regular operational reports and track processing turnaround time and costs.
• Maintain records of merchant and client account status and payment-channel data.
• Coordinate with Product/Compliance/Tech for smooth service delivery.
• Gather requirements from merchants and partners; drive system enhancements.
