Job summary

BPPLAS, a leading stretch films manufacturer in Malaysia, seeks Sales Executives to grow both local and international markets. You will build and manage customer relationships, present products, and negotiate terms while coordinating with internal teams to fulfil orders.

Travel for visits is required; fresh graduates are welcome with strong communication skills. Diploma/degree in business or related fields is preferred; knowledge of export procedures is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of export procedures or international trade is an added advantage for the Export Market position.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective sales and marketing plans to promote products and company image.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payments.
• Travel for customer visits and expand local and international markets.
