Job summary

PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in Malaysia. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and cultivate strong customer relationships to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities include presenting products, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing, production, and logistics, and maintaining detailed sales records. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/SAP is an added advantage.
• Own transport and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and logistics to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions and market trends.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
