Job summary

Rikruut, a Malaysia-based industrial machinery manufacturer, seeks a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive overseas growth from Johor or Selangor. The role covers pressure vessels, air coolers, and related cooling equipment, leveraging international exhibitions and networks.

You will lead technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to final delivery, ensuring INCOTERMS and L/C compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years overseas sales experience in pressure vessels or air coolers.
• Knowledge of ASME, PED and INCOTERMS trade terms; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand overseas markets in SE Asia, Middle East, and other regions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to boost repeat business.
• Research market trends, competitors, and local product access rules (ASME, PED).
• Lead overseas brand promotion with English product materials and seminars.
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, coordinating with ops and logistics.
