Job summary

LEM in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end S&OP, demand planning, and global allocation. You will drive cross-functional alignment with executive leadership and deliver data-driven insights through planning dashboards.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain planning, regional/global leadership experience, and a strong track record in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service level improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning or S&OP.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a regional/global planning leadership role.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end S&OP and executive reviews.
• Experience managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, and balance.
• Exposure to ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, D365).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP cycle across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
• Drive consensus demand and supply plans aligned with business strategy.
• Lead executive S&OP reviews and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Define and govern global allocation strategies during constraints.
• Design, maintain, and improve planning dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and governance of planning.
