Job summary

Avomind is seeking a sales professional to drive the buying and selling of scrap and recycled PET and to develop new suppliers and customers domestically. The role offers autonomy over the regional sourcing strategy and opportunities to build partnerships with teams across the world.

The ideal candidate will bring on-the-road sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to help grow a values-driven plastics recycling business.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling or buying PET (prime or recycled).
• Proven ability to develop new suppliers and customers, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Buy and sell scrap & recycled PET.
• Develop new suppliers and customers domestically; travel to build partnerships.
• Own region sourcing for rPET and grow the domestic market.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to drive growth and efficiency.
