Job summary

Envu in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Specialist focused on the Asia Pacific region. You will attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent while partnering with hiring managers and People teams to deliver compliant, data-driven hiring outcomes.

You will develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, ensure governance, and provide market insights to inform workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in corporate, multinational, or agency environment.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required for Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes for global assigned positions with focus Asia Pacific-based position.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs through proactive sourcing and market engagement strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and critical capability needs.
• Manage candidate assessment and selection processes to ensure fair, objective, and effective hiring decisions.
• Drive a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, efficient processes, and professional employer brand representation.
• Ensure recruitment governance and compliance with company policies, employment regulations, data privacy requirements, and audit standards.
• Provide recruitment market intelligence and talent insights to support workforce planning and hiring strategy decisions.
