Responsibilities

• Manage direct overseas purchases (Ningbo) and local procurement.
• Issue purchase orders, arrange transportation and import shipments.
• Coordinate local collections, monitor deliveries, and perform price checks.
• Register new suppliers and maintain supplier master list; reconcile PO, DO, invoices.
• Handle TT/LC arrangements, duties/taxes, customs clearance, and shipment cost comparisons.
• Monitor ocean freight and prepare purchasing reports.
• Duties as assigned by Superior.
