Job summary

CATL in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Cycle Node Manager to lead end-to-end LTSA negotiations and drive commercial closure. You will engage during bidding, monitor milestones, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations to align on schedule and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Electrical/Power/Automation/Energy fields preferred.
• Strong node control and schedule supervision with cross‑department collaboration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; project management is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel) for data processing.
• Fluent English and Chinese for business communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end commercial cycle node management during LTSA negotiations.
• Supervise project timelines, issue warnings for delays, ensure on-time COD.
• Coordinate cross-department meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Pre‑plan commissioning resources including personnel, tools, and spare parts.
• Support overseas customers, promote product localization, and assess service impact.
• Conduct FR reviews and service risk assessments for overseas products.
