Job summary
SWISSMA BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal and termination. This role ensures compliance with laws and company policies, manages risks, and protects commercial interests while coordinating with Procurement, Finance, HR, Legal, and Project teams.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in contract management within construction or related industries, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5–8 years of contract management experience.
- Experience with commercial, vendor, service and project contracts.
- Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or property development is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and amendments.
- Ensure contracts comply with policies, laws, and objectives.
- Maintain organized contract repository and records.
- Monitor validity, renewals, and termination clauses.
- Identify risks and propose mitigations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments on contract matters.
- Support audits related to contracts and documentation.
- Prepare reports, risk assessments, and management updates.
