Qualifications

• Extensive Programme Management experience delivering complex inter-company initiatives.
• Experience with multi-country deployment strategies and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong budget, scope, risk and resource management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors across regions.
• Experience with MS Office suite and programme reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Sales opportunities well before contract signature to capture client requirements and kick-off programmes.
• Prepare and deliver client programme plans; set accurate expectations and milestones.
• Provide end-to-end programme management support across regions for global programmes.
• Ensure end-to-end methodology and high-quality results.
• Lead virtual programme team and be primary point of contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate between Client, Sales, and internal groups for delivery.
• Manage programme budget and ensure clean hand-over to service management.
• Capture client priorities and schedule activations with the client.
• Host and participate in virtual team meetings with clients and accounts.
• Provide progress reports highlighting risks, actions, issues and dependencies.
