Job summary

Base Camp Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Technology Transition Lead to drive capability expansion and transition initiatives across multiple markets. You will partner with senior technology stakeholders, identify opportunities, build business cases, and oversee migrations into centralised delivery models while ensuring operational stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery, operations, transition or migration.
• Proven hands-on experience moving technology functions into centralised, offshore or shared services models.
• Strong understanding of engineering and technology support operations.
• Commercial acumen in cost analysis and vendor spending.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with technology leadership across assigned markets.
• Assess existing technology operations including staff, contractors and vendor services.
• Develop transition scope registers covering roles, capabilities, costs and risks.
• Establish cost baselines and business cases with Finance.
• Identify capability gaps and opportunities to expand centralised technology services.
• Plan transition timelines based on business priorities and readiness.
