Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Management Director to lead cross-functional teams in Penang, coordinating with clients and internal operations to deliver contracted products and services. You will set strategic plans, timelines, and success metrics, while guiding program governance and ensuring high client satisfaction.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA is preferred.
• Typically requires 7 years of progressively advancing program management and/or business development experience.
• Demonstrates mastery of cross-functional collaboration with executive management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans, goals, timelines, and success measures for contracted Flex products and services.
• Act as primary client point of contact; coordinate with client and Flex operations to define data requirements and schedules.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and implementation for assigned clients across programs.
• Drive business development, negotiations, and renewal opportunities with customers.
• Lead and influence senior management, ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
