Job summary

Flex seeks a Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team in Bukit Minyak, Malaysia. You will guide development and execution of project, pricing and program strategies to deliver customer value and ensure business success.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, resources and interdepartmental activities, and act as primary communication channel for customers while maintaining satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program administration/management or related area.
• Advanced operations, technical and people/process skills as well as customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring adherence to product development timelines and quality metrics.
• Coordinate production sites for projects, costs and customer-related matters.
