Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive to coordinate sourcing and procurement activities for sports accessories with overseas customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution of requirements.

You will support global projects, negotiate terms with suppliers, maintain product data, and handle end-to-end logistics and documentation, including sample coordination and product development support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related discipline.
• Willing to work in Damansara or Dengkil.
• Must possess transport.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing and procurement activities for sports accessories with overseas customers and suppliers.
• Support global customer projects by providing regular updates and ensuring smooth execution of requirements.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate product master data, including product codes, packaging specifications, and shipping information.
• Process purchase orders and ensure proper procurement documentation and record-keeping.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics arrangements, including shipment planning, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure purchased goods meet required quality and specification standards.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems to support efficient information retrieval and compliance.
• Assist with product development activities, sample coordination, material verification, and other administrative support tasks as required.
