Job summary

DTC World Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Executive (Sourcing and Procurement) to support our sales operations and coordinate across departments.

You will handle proposals, quotations, sales orders and purchase orders, provide admin support on sales tasks and system maintenance, and assist in customer service when needed. This role is essential for ensuring smooth coordination and efficient operations across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be meticulous and proactive in handling sourcing and procurement tasks.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and support sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others.
• Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance.
• Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary).
