Geon Asia Marketing in Malaysia is seeking a motivated sales professional to grow our AV solutions business. You will focus on building client relationships and closing deals, supported by a strong technical and project team.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided. Mandarin-speaking clients require Mandarin communication; own transport and willingness to travel are needed to pursue opportunities and deliver value across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Fresh graduates encouraged; training provided
• Sales experience is an added advantage but not required
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients
• Own transport and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in AV and integrated technology solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable AV solutions (with technical team support)
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve targets
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution
• Gather market insights to support business growth
