Job summary

Yopeso is seeking a Post-Merger Integration Manager to drive the integration of acquired companies and build a repeatable PMI capability. You will own the integration plan, governance, risks, and dependencies, coordinating with IT, Finance, People/HR, and other functions across geographies.

This is a business and organizational integration role rather than a hands-on technical position, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in post-merger integration, M&A, business transformation, or large-scale change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution from pre-close to full integration.
• Develop and manage the PMI roadmap, milestones, and ownership across workstreams.
• Act as the integration point between senior leadership and the acquired organization.
