Job summary

JDE Peet's PMO Delivery team seeks a skilled Project Management Office Manager to oversee the integrated delivery of renovation growth projects and Value Optimization initiatives across markets. You will support regional rollout and ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes while collaborating with Global Innovation Delivery Managers.

The role requires strong program management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience delivering innovations in an international matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and large-scale delivery.
• Strong ability to translate growth opportunities into clear project briefs.
• Proven track record in FMCG or related industries.
• Excellent planning, budgeting and resource management skills.
• Structured, proactive and communicative with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary team responsible for full project delivery on time and in quality.
• Drive content quality of growth projects and align with stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, resources, budget, and deviations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions throughout delivery.
• Facilitate project gate reviews and key decision moments.
